Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing smsway.lk. We do our best to make sure every customer is happy with our services. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refund Eligibility
Since our services are digital, refunds are only possible in special cases such as:

  • The service or integration was not delivered as promised.

  • A technical issue on our side prevented successful delivery.

  • You were charged twice by mistake.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original payment date.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are not refundable:

  • Completed integrations or setup services

  • Used SMS credits or subscription plans already activated

  • Custom development work

Processing Refunds
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. (Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.)
